I'll send you a questionnaire to help me quickly understand what you are looking for in your session, your likes and dislikes, and so on. We will also figure out the look or atmosphere you want for your session: date night, morning coffee and pancakes, beach picnic, stroll downtown...

You will receive a guide to help you prepare for your session. The Guide will covers things like how to style your clothes and choosing accessories. These are just suggestions and are useful if you are struggling with your outfit or colors to wear.

At the beginning of your session, we will get to know each other and start simply. As we become more comfortable, we can get more creative. Have an idea? Let's try it out! I want you to enjoy the process and feel like you made a new friend.

I'm based in Charleston, SC and typically shoot locally - within an hour drive. But, yes, I am open to travel.

Let me know where, and we will see if we can work something out. It will require a travel fee that we will discuss prior to booking your session.

You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 2 weeks. You can then choose your favorites, download, share, and order prints!

Each package includes a specific number of photos. You can find this on the investment page of my website. But, don't worry - if you want more, you always have the option to purchase additional photos.

Commissioned landscape pieces will include travel to and capturing of your chosen location, editing to fit your desired aesthetic (e.g. black and white, sepia, light and airy, moody, etc.), choice of print media and size, frame (if desired), and shipping, if needed.

Booking: A 25% retainer is needed to book (to be put on calendar). Remaining balances must be paid prior to the start of the session.

Late Payment: In the event a late payment is agreed upon by client and photographer, in writing, (text or email) editing and delivery of photographs will not begin until the full balance is paid. Late payment may result in significantly delayed photos as all sessions shot prior to final payment will be completed first. Additionally, photographer maintains storage of photos, free of charge, for six months. Balances not paid in full within 4 months of session date will be deemed abandoned by client and no longer the responsibility of the photographer.

Late Arrival: Client is entitled up to the amount of time listed for their session. If client arrives late, they may receive the remaining amount of time for their session, or pay the reschedule fee to book another date. Photographer is not responsible for obtaining or providing the number of photos listed when late arrival occurs. If photographer's schedule allows, client may purchase additional session time at time of service.

Cancelation: In the event of client cancelation (not rescheduled), the retainer is non-refundable.

In the event of a no-show, (client did arrive within the allotted session start time) client may reschedule for a $75 fee.

Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, client may reschedule one time. Client must contact photographer prior to session start time. In the event photographer experiences an emergency, client may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Venmo

Each package includes a base amount of time and photos. Additional time can be purchased prior to, or if needed, at the time of your session. Additional photos can be purchased after your session.

Travel fees may also if outside of service area.

I photograph on location. If you do not have a place in mind, I can help determine a location: downtown Charleston, your favorite park, the beach, or even your home. Another thing to consider is shots of you doing something you enjoy like a picnic on the beach, date night at your favorite spot, a boat tour, or even having coffee and pancakes at home. Bookstores and greenhouses are also great places for beautiful photography. Just remember, photos in a private location will require permission from a manager or owner and may incur additional fees. I serve the entire Charleston area, so there are many locations to choose from for your session!

After booking, I will send you a style guide. However, a few things to remember are:
coordinate your outfits and colors, but do not wear the same color;
solid/muted colors are often flattering;
avoid logos, words, and bright colors;
choose accessories that are appropriate and interesting but timeless;
plan your outfit, hair, and/or makeup in advance so you are not rushed the day of your session.

If significant rain is forecasted on the day of your session, you will be contacted on the day of, by text or phone. If a rain cancellation or change is needed and confirmed by photographer (through text or email), you have the option to reschedule your session. If a backup time is not available, the retainer will be refunded.

This is the only circumstance where the retainer will be returned.

For clients' convenience, images will be stored and available for 6 months from delivery date, free of charge. If requested AND images are still retrievable, images could be restored to your gallery for a fee. It is not the responsibility of the photographer to maintain storage of images beyond that point and may not be available.

Images will be made available in a client gallery for viewing, downloading, or printing. Print orders will be automatically sent to a professional print lab and shipped directly to you.

Photographer uses their artistic discretion and artistic style (viewable on website and social media) to determine the final images for delivery. Images will receive light and natural editing (relatively accurate depictions of the colors and appearance on display in real life). Further or more intensive edits (such as body/hair/ modifications, changing the appearance of clothing or backgrounds, etc.) are not included, but may be available for an additional fee.

“RAW” files will not be made available.

Copyright: Photographer retains copyright to all images produced. Client may print or share purchased images for personal use.

Limited Commercial Use: Images may not be given by Client to other businesses.

Commercial Use: Commercial Use requires written permission from photographer and may require an additional license and/or fee.

Limited Model Release: Client grants photographer permission to publish photographs of client for marketing.

Limitation of Liability: Photographer’s entire liability for any claim, loss, damage, or injury arising under or relating to this agreement or use of services is limited to the fees paid directly to the Photographer for the specific service.

In no event shall photographer be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if client informs photographer of circumstances that would give rise to such damages.

Agreement: By directly or indirectly retaining or using Tiffany Wiseman, LLC photography products or services in person, via email, or on this website you agree with the terms and conditions.
